Ashley Maria Eardley, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in integrative and functional medicine, aesthetics, weight loss, BHRT, and women’s health. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and holds additional degrees from Utica University, Drexel University, and the Community College of Philadelphia—because she believes education matters when you’re trusting someone with your health.
Ashley has been a registered nurse since 2017, with a clinical background rooted in emergency medicine and pre- and post-operative care. Working in high-acuity settings gave her a deep respect for conventional medicine and its life-saving power—but also made one thing very clear: the best medicine is preventing illness before it starts.
Her approach to care is preventive, functional, integrative, and unapologetically personalized. Ashley believes that no two patients are the same, so cookie-cutter treatment plans just don’t cut it. She blends evidence-based medicine with root-cause healing to help patients not just feel better, but live better—more energy, more confidence, and more control over their health. Known for her warm, approachable style (with just the right amount of spice), Ashley creates a space where patients feel heard, empowered, and excited about their wellness journey.

Michelle Morris, APRN
Michelle began her career in Baltimore, MD in 1985, graduating with an associate degree in nursing. The cold winter climate brought her to Clearwater, FL in 1988 where she spent the next 14 years at the bedside at Morton Plant Hospital working CCU, ICU and ER. In 1999 Michelle obtained her bachelors degree in nursing from the University of Tampa and went on to pursue higher education, graduating with her master's degree in 2005 from the University of Phoenix in nursing education. She enjoyed the next 7 years working as a nursing instructor at St. Petersburg College developing a passion for integrative healthcare. Michelle then returned to the University of Tampa and received her second master's degree as a nurse practitioner 2011. The next several years were spent working in Primary Care. She began practicing holistically in September of 2018. Michelle believes in the body, mind and spirit balance is necessary for healing.

Kacie Robinson is a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami and has been board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 2018. With a background in Neurology, ICU, and Functional Medicine/Primary Care, she discovered her true calling in functional medicine, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapy. Her focus is on optimizing health, balancing hormones, and restoring vitality through a personalized and holistic approach. She is committed to helping her patients feel their best by addressing the root causes of hormonal imbalances and guiding them toward long-term wellness.
