- Our paperwork is available to print off directly from our website prior to your appointment. There is a master medication sheet and supplement sheet inside of the new patient packet where patients can log their medications and supplements. Any recent lab or diagnostic reports are appreciated for the doctors review.
- We'll schedule a physical consultation where we'll evaluate your overall health and perform a physical examination. Your personalized plan will be based on this evalutation and your overall lifestyle goals.
- Lab diagnostics will be ordered. This initial work-up will help guide us in establishing your personalized program. The lab work will consist of a complete hormonal evaluation, TSH, and PSA.
- We'll develop a personalized program just for you. Based on the information provided by your personal evaluation, medical history, doctor evaluation, and your lab diagnostics, we will put together your personalized program.
